Contracts Administrator

The role involves managing subcontractor procurement and contract administration for commercial, industrial, and mid-to-high rise residential projects across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast. Responsibilities include preparing subcontract packages, assessing variations and progress claims, tracking project costs, and supporting final accounts and project close‑out while collaborating closely with project managers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
