The Contracts Administrator will manage the contract request queue, prepare agreements from approved templates, and review incoming contracts for deviations from standard terms. This role involves coordinating approvals and signatures, maintaining accurate contract records, and leading the initial clean-up and audit of the contract repository. The position also includes administering contract lifecycle management tools and supporting the Legal team on special projects.
