The Contracts Lawyer will serve as the primary legal owner of all contracting, enabling revenue and partnerships while building a scalable legal function. The role partners closely with Sales, Product, Finance, Security, and leadership to support commercial and government contracting in a fast-paced startup. The position requires translating legal requirements into practical guidance and mitigating legal, regulatory, and operational risk across agreements.
