Contracts Legal Specialist

Solenis is seeking an experienced Contracts Counsel to provide rapid, high-quality contract review and negotiation services to business and functional teams within the Shared Services Center. The role involves drafting, negotiating, and interpreting commercial contracts, including non-disclosure, procurement, sales, and consulting agreements, while acting as a business partner to the Legal Department. This position requires close collaboration with regional counsel, procurement, and sales partners to resolve contractual disputes and improve contract administration processes.
