The Contracts Manager at Narmi will be a key member of the Counsel team, reporting to the General Counsel and working closely with Sales, Partnerships, Operations, and other internal stakeholders. The role focuses on overseeing the full lifecycle of commercial contracts and managing the company’s contract lifecycle management system, Ironclad. This position supports Narmi’s mission of enabling community financial institutions through robust and efficient contractual frameworks. It is based in New York, NY and includes equity and performance-based incentives in addition to base salary and benefits.
