About this role

The Contracts Manager supports U.S. Department of Defense and Intelligence Community contracts throughout the acquisition lifecycle, from proposal support through award, post-award performance, and closeout. This hands-on role serves as a key point of contact with government Contracting Officers and Contracting Officer Representatives while collaborating with program managers, engineering, finance, and legal teams. The position ensures contracts are properly structured, administered, and closed in compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

Manage government contracts through the full acquisition lifecycle from proposal to closeout
Serve as primary point of contact for government Contracting Officers and Contracting Officer Representatives
Support contract negotiations, modifications, and compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations
