About this role

The Contracts Manager will oversee post-award contract administration and commercial management for major EPC contracts on a significant Offshore Project in Abu Dhabi. This role involves safeguarding the Client’s contractual entitlements, managing variations and claims, and ensuring compliance with project procedures and contractual frameworks. The position requires acting as the primary focal point for contractual matters between the Client, PMC team, and EPC contractors.

Responsibilities

Lead contract administration and commercial management for major EPC project packages
Evaluate contractor claims including variations, extensions of time, and delay disruptions
Manage change orders, contract amendments, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
