Contracts Manager

The Operations Contract Manager at IDEMIA strengthens contract management and governance across the Secure Transactions' Payment Services Business Unit in North America and Latin America. This role ensures customer contracts are effectively managed throughout their lifecycle, from commercial readiness and risk identification through post-signature governance, change request coordination, contract amendments, renewals, and close-out activities. The position also drives operational efficiency, supports transformation initiatives, and promotes continuous improvement and effective risk management.
