About this role

The Contracts & Procurement Manager will take day-to-day contractual and commercial responsibility for utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects, ensuring milestone delivery and cost certainty. This role involves managing contracts with Tier-1 integrators and contractors while leading procurement activities, including RFPs and competitive bidding processes. The position requires close collaboration with project managers and engineering teams to resolve variations and safeguard project value.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day contractual aspects and oversee formal correspondence for BESS construction projects
Review and negotiate variation requests, contractor claims, and schedule adjustments to protect project value
Develop and lead RFPs and RFQs for work packages, conducting pre-qualifications and commercial evaluations
