Contracts & Procurement Supervisor

This role oversees the day-to-day contractual process for non-solicited contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements while managing staff and ensuring compliance with procurement regulations. The position requires supervising contract coordinators, administering RFPs and bids, and maintaining the contract management system to support departmental objectives. The incumbent acts as a liaison between the County, vendors, and internal departments to resolve commercial, legal, and insurance issues.
