Contracts Team Leader

This role leads and supervises the contracts team to manage the full lifecycle of project and subcontracts within the construction industry. The individual oversees contract administration, risk assessments, and compliance while coordinating between internal departments, subcontractors, and clients. They are responsible for promoting contract awareness, managing claims, and ensuring adherence to FIDIC standards and local laws.
