About this role

Leidos is seeking an experienced Control Account Manager (CAM) to support enterprise project portfolios within the Earned Value Management and Scheduling Center of Excellence. This role involves establishing and implementing standardized EVMS processes, acting as a coach to other CAMs, and managing the cost, schedule, and technical performance of assigned control accounts. The position requires close collaboration with Integrated Product Team leads to define work scopes and conduct rigorous variance analysis to ensure program success.

Responsibilities

Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned control accounts
Establish and maintain comprehensive Control Account Plans
Conduct formal cost and schedule variance analysis
Develop recovery plans based on root cause analysis
Coach Control Account Managers on specific programs and processes
