Control COE Lead

The Control COE Lead develops, governs, and continuously improves the enterprise-wide control framework within Digital & Technology at Haleon. This role leads the design, simplification, automation, and standardisation of controls to ensure an efficient, modern, and risk-based control environment aligned with regulatory and operational expectations. The position drives automation opportunities across the control lifecycle and ensures alignment across various compliance domains to reduce duplication and improve efficiency.
