The Control Room Manager ensures the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the automated warehouse environment at the Portbury distribution centre. The role involves supporting the transition to new automated systems during the project phase and managing real-time system performance, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication post-go-live. This position is critical for maintaining system uptime, ensuring accurate material flow, and providing first-line support to Operations, Engineering, and IT teams.
