Control Systems Analyst II

The Control Systems Analyst II provides off-hours mid-level support within GrayMatter’s 24x7 Support Center, focusing on troubleshooting and supporting control systems, PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, historians, and OT networks. This role handles incoming tickets and calls, follows escalation protocols, and works in the Operations Center on a second shift schedule. The position also involves assisting with documentation, contract support, and commissioning activities.
