Responsibilities

Lead preparation of audited financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Oversee treasury operations, cash management, and liquidity monitoring
Supervise and develop accounting and financial operations staff
Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
Serve as primary liaison with external auditors and regulatory agencies
