The Controller, Finance serves as the senior accounting and financial reporting leader for New Jersey Community Capital (NJCC), a nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), and its affiliated entities. This role oversees all accounting, financial reporting, audit, tax, and compliance functions while managing the monthly close and internal control environment. The position leads the accounting team and partners with the Chief Financial Officer and executive leadership on financial strategy.
