CONTROLLER FINANCIERO

Controller in the Administration Department for Guatemala renewable energy projects, with at least 3 years of experience in controlling, accounting, or finance. Reports to the Group Financial Manager and serves as a key link between local operations and the international headquarters, ensuring robust financial control, accurate accounting, and effective budgeting. The role requires high autonomy, proactivity, a continuous improvement mindset, and strong analytical capabilities in an international environment, collaborating with external advisors and auditors. Experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) and a willingness to optimize administrative and financial processes is valued.
