The role involves managing external accounting partners initially, with the potential to build in-house processes, while driving a systems-driven approach to financial infrastructure. This position requires an expert in US GAAP and SaaS revenue recognition to ensure accuracy and compliance in a fluid startup environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and review the month-end close process and resolve discrepancies
Own the external auditor relationship and coordinate information requests
Manage external tax accountants and handle direct tax registrations
Run the payment cycle and troubleshoot corporate card systems
Lead the implementation of new financial systems and ERP processes
