A privately held company in Lenexa, KS is seeking a hands‑on Controller to lead the accounting and finance function through a major transition, including learning from a long‑tenured incumbent and later overseeing the full finance operation. The role will manage AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, month‑end/year‑end close, external audits, tax compliance, and will drive ERP implementation and process modernization while serving as a senior finance leader with a path toward CFO responsibilities.
