Controller

The Controller is a senior finance leader responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance for a $200M nonprofit healthcare organization. This role manages the accounting team, ensures accurate month‑end and year‑end closes, prepares financial statements in accordance with GAAP, and supports budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and system improvements.
