Controller

The Controller at Really Great Reading will lead all accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with GAAP and ASC 606. This senior finance leader will manage the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, month‑end and year‑end close processes, and oversee the annual audit and external auditor relationships. The role also involves improving accounting systems, supporting ERP initiatives, and developing the accounting team in a fully remote, high‑growth environment.
