Controller

The Controller is a senior strategic leader responsible for strengthening MLT’s financial infrastructure and ensuring excellence across all accounting and financial operations. This role oversees the full scope of accounting functions for MLT’s $30M+ portfolio, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, payroll compliance, grant and fund accounting, treasury, reporting, and financial compliance. The position involves leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing Finance team while partnering with the CFO and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver accurate financial insights.
