Controller

The Controller will own the general ledger, month-end close, and ASPE financial reporting while establishing the company's close calendar, reconciliation discipline, and internal control framework. Reporting to the CFO, this role supervises a small team and manages job cost structures, WIP schedules, and percentage-of-completion calculations for a multi-provincial construction company. The position also involves acting as the internal project owner for payroll, field time capture, and upcoming system implementations.
