Controller

The Controller ensures leadership has accurate, timely financial data for every project, from setup through month-end close, while working closely with ownership and project teams to maintain clean books and strengthen job costing and billing processes. This role involves preparing financial statements, managing WIP schedules, progress billing, and payroll, while implementing internal controls to ensure compliance and profitability. The position requires hands-on construction accounting expertise to deliver clear reporting that supports confident decision-making.
