Controller

The Controller oversees the resort’s day-to-day accounting operations, supporting exceptional guest experiences through accurate, timely, and well-controlled financial processes. The role leads GL, AP, AR, Payroll, Revenue accounting, month-end close, and annual audit activities, and is responsible for CAMM and fixed-asset accounting, statutory compliance, balance sheet reconciliations, and systems implementations and integrations. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes, along with strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. As a collaborative hospitality leader, the Controller partners with departments across the resort to translate financial information into clear, actionable guidance, communicate effectively throughout the organization, manage multiple priorities, lead through change, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
