Controller

This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing the accounting department and working directly with the CFO to manage the close process, management reporting, and trust accounting compliance. The position requires navigating contingency-fee accounting, litigation-funding structures, and partner capital accounts while driving system improvements and workflow automation. The Controller will lead the accounting team and partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
