The Controller leads the Institute's accounting and procurement operations across all affiliated entities, supporting a diversified portfolio of federal contracts, grants, and commercial research revenue. This hands-on leadership role ensures the integrity of the general ledger, manages the monthly and annual close, and oversees procurement functions to maintain federal award compliance and support external audits. The position involves managing a team of direct reports, driving process improvements, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards in a deadline-driven research environment.
