Controller

Qwaltec is seeking a full-time Controller to lead the accounting function for a growing federal government contractor, reporting directly to the CEO. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, disciplined cash management, and compliant accounting practices under GAAP, FAR, and DFARS. The Controller will oversee the accounting team, manage financial statements, and partner with executive leadership and other departments to support business decisions and compliance.
