Controller

The Controller serves as a key financial leader and strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership team, overseeing all accounting and financial operations to ensure the integrity of financial reporting and organizational sustainability. This role involves leading the annual budgeting process, driving strategic planning, and ensuring compliance with GAAP, grant requirements, and tax regulations. The position also requires developing and mentoring a high-performing accounting team while providing financial guidance to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
