Controller

The Controller owns the integrity, timeliness, and usefulness of Agile’s financials, leading accounting, close, cost accounting, and controls across a multi-site government-contracting and commercial hardware business. This builder role involves performing individual contributor tasks, coaching the accounting team, and tightening processes as the company scales. The position partners with Program Management, Contracts, Operations, and Engineering to ensure project costs, inventory, and margins are reliable.
