Controller

The Controller at Ditto is responsible for leading the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close, ensuring accurate US GAAP financial statements, and managing balance sheet reconciliations. This role involves overseeing revenue recognition under ASC 606, partnering with cross-functional teams on contract billing and cost tracking, and building robust internal controls and approval workflows. The position also includes managing accounting staff, automating recurring processes, and supporting financial audits and diligence efforts. The Controller plays a key role in improving financial systems, data quality, and overall accounting function capacity as the company grows.
