Controller

The Controller provides leadership and direction for managing the operation's financial position, including financial interpretation, assets, procurement activity, payroll hours administration system, and internal controls. The role involves directing the development of annual operating plans, departmental budgets, monthly/quarterly forecasts, cost reduction initiatives, and profitability analysis. This position ensures the successful completion of monthly closing cycles, oversees physical inventories, and provides financial analysis support to line managers and the Plant Manager.
