Controlling Analyst

The Controlling Analyst supports the Financial and Accounting team in Heredia, Costa Rica, by preparing journal entries, conducting account analysis, and assisting with the month-end close process. This role involves reviewing and analyzing expenses, performing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with internal control procedures. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and foreign intercompany partners to maintain accurate financial records.
