Controls and Governance Framework Lead

This role leads and drives the controls and governance framework for Paidy products across Credit, Fraud, and Collections strategy initiatives, ensuring alignment with risk appetite and regulatory expectations. The position oversees governance processes, policy development, and risk lifecycle management while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen internal controls. It requires close collaboration to ensure operational readiness and effective risk management across Paidy’s BNPL business.
