Controls and Governance Lead

This role leads and drives the controls and governance framework for Paidy products across Credit, Fraud, and Collections strategy initiatives, ensuring alignment with risk appetite and regulatory expectations. The position oversees approval processes, strengthens governance processes, and ensures underwriting and collections policies remain comprehensive and standardized. It requires close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders to drive strong governance practices and effective risk management across Paidy’s BNPL business.
