Controls Assurance AVP

The Controls Assurance AVP partners with the bank to provide independent assurance over control processes, identifying weaknesses and recommending improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the internal controls framework. The role involves developing test plans, executing assessments, communicating findings to stakeholders, and building a knowledge centre to upskill colleagues across the organization.
