About this role

The Controls Engineer provides controls and instrumentation expertise for product-related inquiries within the Process Technology Division. This role involves reviewing project specifications, developing control panel and instrumentation drawings, and preparing data sheets for various systems. The position requires collaboration with engineering teams and occasional travel for sales support or customer commissioning.

Responsibilities

Develop control narratives, cause and effect diagrams, and logic diagrams for PLC and DCS systems
Create P&ID drawings and control panel BOMs to meet customer specifications
Perform equipment inspection and testing prior to shipment with customer presence
