Controls Engineer

This role supports plant floor Maintenance and Production teams by attaining production metrics, driving project support, and ensuring the repair of plant equipment and facilities. The position involves solving complex manufacturing problems through root cause analysis and implementing continuous improvements to enhance throughput and quality. The Controls Engineer will program manufacturing technology, manage engineering projects, and train maintenance and production staff on equipment functionality.
