About this role

The Controls & Governance Manager will support the development and strengthening of business controls, conduct risk, and governance frameworks for OKX Singapore. Reporting to the Controls & Governance Lead, the role partners with commercial, product, compliance, legal, and risk teams to design and implement practical controls across client‑facing activities, monitor risks, and ensure regulatory compliance. The position also involves handling issue investigations, audit support, and governance of outsourcing arrangements.

Responsibilities

Design and strengthen front‑office controls across client‑facing activities
Maintain the Singapore risk register and coordinate RCSA assessments
Support implementation of regulatory requirements and drive issue remediation
