About this role

This role is an Entry-Level Manufacturing Engineer focused on driving continuous improvement of plant processes and equipment through design changes, documentation, and maintenance expense reduction. The position involves leading problem-solving initiatives, implementing capital projects, and ensuring operations meet quality engineering standards within a large-scale battery manufacturing facility. Candidates will act as a liaison between plant operations and engineering personnel to optimize performance and eliminate downtime.

Responsibilities

Drive continuous improvement of plant processes and equipment design
Lead plant teams in developing process improvements using Pareto analysis
Implement capital and non-capital projects to optimize manufacturing
Reduce downtime by identifying causes and developing elimination strategies
Serve as liaison between plant operations and division engineering personnel

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing)Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solidworks, and Excel
