Controls Tech I

The Controls Technician – Level I assists with the installation, start-up, troubleshooting, commissioning, and servicing of Building Automation Systems (BAS) under the direction of a project supervisor. This role involves low voltage wire pull installation and termination, reading mechanical plans and wiring diagrams, and working in various environments from construction sites to occupied office spaces. The position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and adherence to project timelines and processes.
