Converting Operator

The Converting Operator is responsible for safely setting up and operating converting equipment to produce slit and folded rolls of standard specifications from WIP stock. This role ensures quality requirements are met through diligent inspection while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The position involves converting large rolls of plastic into smaller rolls at optimal speeds and high quality.
