Conveyancer

The role holder supports various matters and will be based in the Durban office, attending to conveyancing matters being registered in country within a range of scenarios including end-to-end conveyancing services, post-completion matters, freehold property reports, and ad hoc matters. The position requires reviewing property information packs, conducting property searches and title checks, preparing property reports, and handling Registry requisitions for completing registration. The role holder must possess good communication skills for constant liaising with clients and other stakeholders.
