Conveyancing Assistant

The role supports the Residential Conveyancing team by managing transaction files, liaising with clients, solicitors, and estate agents, and preparing documentation for exchange, completion, and post‑completion processes. Reporting to the Head of Residential Conveyancing, the assistant works closely with a fee earner to ensure timely progress and high‑quality client service.
