COO Enterprise Systems Architect, GenAI Director

The COO Enterprise Systems Architect at Citi will define the architecture vision and strategy for cross-business COO functions, driving modernization and simplification of a fragmented application landscape. The role focuses on building scalable, secure, and future-ready platforms, including enterprise adoption of Generative AI, and partners closely with business, operations, finance, and technology stakeholders. The position reports to the Head of COO Enterprise Architecture and includes responsibility for developing multi-year architecture blueprints and execution roadmaps.
