Rock Manor Golf Course
The Cook 2 will work alongside the Chef/F&B Manager and other culinary staff to prepare and cook a variety of dishes for all food outlets on the property, handling more complex cooking tasks and additional responsibilities. The role includes supervising junior kitchen staff, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring food quality and safety, and assisting with inventory and menu development.
