About this role
The Cook reports to the Culinary Manager and is responsible for preparing and delivering meals for residents, guests and staff at a senior living residence. The role ensures meals are prepared according to menus, production sheets and therapeutic diet requirements while following food safety and regulatory guidelines. The Cook also participates in special event meal planning and maintains daily temperature and production records.
