Cook (Full-Time)

The Cook prepares and serves high-quality meals for senior living residents, their families, and guests, ensuring all special dietary needs and texture-modified food requirements are met. This role involves maintaining strict compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP protocols, and accurate record-keeping for inventory and temperature logs. The position reports to the Director of Culinary Services and requires a current ServSafe certification along with relevant food preparation experience.
