Cook II

The Cook II position is responsible for preparing and producing high-quality food items in accordance with club recipes, presentation standards, and culinary expectations. This role supports all areas of kitchen operations, including a la carte dining, banquet events, buffets, and special functions, while maintaining exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
